Privacy Policy

Taskix was built around a single privacy commitment: your data never leaves your device. This policy describes what information the app uses and how it is handled.

1. No data collected

Taskix does not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal information. The App Store privacy declaration for Taskix is "No data collected" — the strongest available rating.

• No analytics or usage tracking
• No crash reporting services
• No advertising SDKs
• No account or sign-in of any kind
• No network requests initiated by the app

2. What stays on your device

All content you create in Taskix — your task library, day plans, completion history, day notes, and settings — is stored exclusively on your iPhone using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data is:

• Stored in the app's private sandbox, inaccessible to other apps
• Never transmitted to any server, including servers operated by AXELARIO SAS
• Not backed up to iCloud (local-only persistence)
• Permanently deleted when you uninstall the app

3. Local notifications

Taskix can send two configurable daily reminders via iOS's local notification system. These notifications are:

• Scheduled entirely on-device by the app — no push server is involved
• Generated from your local task data, which never leaves your device
• Controlled entirely by you in Settings; you can turn them off or adjust the times at any time

Notification permission is requested the first time you open the app. You may also manage this permission at any time via iOS Settings → Taskix → Notifications.

4. Third-party services

Taskix contains no third-party SDKs, frameworks, or integrations. The app uses only Apple's own system frameworks (SwiftUI, SwiftData, UserNotifications). There are no connections to advertising networks, analytics platforms, or any external service.

5. Children's privacy

Taskix is rated 4+ on the App Store and is appropriate for all ages. Because no data is collected or transmitted, the app poses no privacy risk to users of any age.

6. Data retention

Because Taskix does not collect any data, there is no data retained by AXELARIO SAS to delete, export, or request. All your data remains under your sole control on your device. To erase it completely, uninstall the app.

7. Changes to this policy

If this privacy policy changes, the updated version will be published at this URL with a revised effective date. We will not introduce data collection without prominently notifying users.
